Kindly note that if one is buying an airspace or a land with no buildings on it, it is very important that the Notary makes a declaration on the deed of transfer that up till the date of that same deed there is no type of construction or buildings upon that piece of land and/or airspace.
This is a very important clause for tax purposes and this since the value of the property, and thus tax amounts differ drastically if there are no constructions yet built on the immoveable property in question.
