Maltese Notaries are bound to issue their fees in accordance with the Online Billing Calculator which can be accessed through the Notarial Council’s Billing Calculator, and in accordance to the Laws of Malta.
Upon request and after discussing the individual’s requirements, this office will provide you with a quote of the professional fees that will be involved as well as give you an approximation of the expenses that might have to be done in the process. These expenses relate to registrations with the Tax Department, registrations with the Public Registry and the Land Registry, taxes, searches and other ancillary matters.
