In Malta, revoking a POA involves:

1. Filling Out the Required Forms — use the RPG Form to revoke a General POA, or the RPS Form to revoke a Special POA (especially those related to property).
2. Submitting Identification — present a valid identity document with your application.
3. Notifying the Right People — if the POA involves bank transactions, notify the relevant bank directly.
