Dr Clara Farrugia Grixti
Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths
Dr Clara Farrugia Grixti is a Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths, practising from Siġġiewi since June 2021.
Becoming a notary was something Clara had always wanted to pursue. What attracted her to the profession was the opportunity to use her legal knowledge to help people and to be involved in some of the most significant moments of their lives — from assisting with important milestones such as the purchase of a first property, to being there for families during difficult moments such as the loss of a loved one.
Clara obtained her Bachelor of Laws, Master of Notarial Studies and Master of Arts in Mediation from the University of Malta. Her studies in mediation were undertaken to complement her work as a notary and to develop knowledge and skills relevant to the different situations that may arise in notarial practice.
