When and how should a Partnership Agreement be drawn up?

When an individual decides to engage in a commercial activity and to partner up with others in order to execute the same, the Clients’ chosen Notary together with the Clients’ chosen Accountant draw up a partnership agreement including the terms and conditions of that particular partnership.

This Agreement is then discussed and reviewed with the Partners to the Agreement and amended according to the wishes of the same Partners.

Partnership Agreements are registered with the Malta Business Registry in terms of law.
